Shipping & Delivery

Each monthly issue is dispatched within the first 7 days of the month. New subscriptions begin with the next issue in the printing cycle, dispatched within 7 working days of payment confirmation.

Metro cities: 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Other cities and towns: 5–8 working days from dispatch.

Remote and hill regions: up to 12 working days.

Standard shipping within India is included in the subscription price. International delivery is quoted separately — write to Contact@focussine.com.

Send address updates to Contact@focussine.com at least 10 days before the start of a month so the change applies to that month's issue.

If an issue has not reached you within 15 working days of dispatch, tell us and we will trace the shipment and send a free replacement copy where needed.

Bulk consignments of 20+ copies are shipped to a single institutional address on a schedule agreed with the school.
